The correct pump for your Repose support
A replacement manual inflation pump for the specified Repose configurations. Choose Small or Large to match the pump required by your product; the two sizes are not assumed to be interchangeable.
Manual Smart Valve inflation
Use the correct pump to reach the intended inflation pressure. Inflate and top up with the user off the support.

Using and maintaining the pump
Connect the pump to the product valve, inflate as directed and wait for the audible click indicating the intended pressure. Disconnect and close the product valve. Read the exact product IFU before use.
Before cleaning, dismantle and inspect the pump for damage. Clean according to the manufacturer instructions, rinse and reassemble. Pump five or six times to clear residual water from the valve, then allow to air-dry in a clean area before storage. Do not use phenolic or abrasive cleaning products.
Check compatibility before choosing
Use the pump supplied or specified for your exact Repose product. Contact Prodromou Medical if the required size is unclear; a common valve appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

This item is an accessory or replacement component. Clinical use depends on the complete compatible Repose support, correct fitting and the current Instructions for Use. The references below concern that support system or the wider Repose range; they do not establish that this component alone prevents or treats pressure ulcers.
Clinical assessment, skin inspection, repositioning and the wider care plan remain essential. Use the current product instructions for indications, precautions and maintenance; older study protocols are not instructions for present-day use.
